Wanting more information in email when there is an error on the DCT system

When we receive an email from the DCT system informing us an error occurred, the information is very high level thus not very helpful in resolving the problem. What information do you all receive and what else would you like to see to further assist in problem determination? Also, are there places you go to gather more information? Any input would be appreciated
