General Liability - classification schedule

Has anyone created a Classification schedule that will show premiums correctly when minimum class premiums apply? We have a schedule right now - but it is only pulling the calculated premiums and does not account for minimum adjustments. Our best case scenario would be to show which class was being charged the minimum and zero out the others since that is how it should rate. It is not actually rating this way so we are wondering what other DCT customers are doing to show the insured how Class Minimums apply.

In one instance we are showing about $40 on the schedule and we are charging (correctly) over $600. This can be very confusing to someone reviewing their policy.

DCT Base does not have a form like this. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.
